Many of our employees attending to animals in fields or pens on customer farms work alone.
As part of our drive to continuously improve health and safety, we have begun issuing them with portable devices to enhance their protection. These devices enable colleagues to request help if needed and act as a personal tracking tool, so we can locate them quickly. After a successful trial in the UK, we have begun to issue them to our lone workers, along with appropriate training. We now plan to introduce the devices to other regions across the globe.
