Shareview Portfolio

The Shareview Portfolio service from our registrar gives you more control of your investment and offers:

• Ability to sign up for electronic communication.
• Direct access to data held for you on the share register including recent share movements and dividend details. 
• The ability to change your address online. 
• The ability to change dividend payment instructions and enable payment directly to your bank or building society, thereby ensuring that dividends are received as quickly as possible and avoid the risk of dividend cheques being delayed or lost in the post (Please note dividend confirmations are posted separately).

THE OPTION TO RECEIVE CHEQUES FOR DIVIDEND PAYMENTS IS BEING WITHDRAWN

November 2020 will be the last dividend for which you will be able to receive a cheque.  From April 2021 any monies payable in connection with your shares will only be able to be paid by direct credit.  It is therefore important that you take action as soon as possible to avoid any interruption to your payments.

It is easy to register for Shareview Portfolio, you just need the 'shareholder reference' printed on your proxy form or dividend stationery and there is no charge to register.
